  • Stock management: monitoring movement of products to and from warehouse, web and other stores; receiving and organising regular deliveries in high volumes and displaying new items in a cohesive manner; controlling back stock levels with an eye to how fast products are selling and what is forecasted to sell in coming weeks and months in all PGs; ensuring diversity in sizing for fashion, ensuring no customers leave with a negative experience and sales opportunities are not missed due to insufficient stock; quality control.

  • Utilizing my product knowledge to sell our ethical and eco-friendly stock, such as clothing (use of modal fabric), novelty (bamboo toiletries and silicone homeware ranges) and jewellery (handcrafted brass costume pieces), to name a few examples.
